Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Kids Character Shop, we want every child to enjoy their costume experience! Please read our policy carefully before placing your order:

🚫 Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order is placed.

🔄 Exchanges

We do accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The client is responsible for paying the delivery/shipping fee for the exchange.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all included accessories (such as headpieces, gloves, belts, etc.).

  • Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Processing time for exchanges may take longer during high seasons (Halloween, holidays, etc.), so please allow for possible delays.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect costume, please contact us on kidscharactershop@outlook.com or by Dm on the Instagram page within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
